The Comprehensive Master Plan is the plan for Castle Rock, Colorado's future. The document was prepared by the Town's Development Services Department with input from its' citizens as well as various community organizations (including the Economic Development Council). The Plan describes the community's goals and its future shape. It is used by the Town when they review development proposals, design sewer expansions, and when planning new Town facilities.
